It always seems impossible unless it is done. I workout for confidence, strength, the feeling after a workout, the feeling of accomplishment, health, my loved ones, happiness, stress relief and ME.
Your goal must not only be to have a perfect body shape, it must be to be fit and to feel healthy which eventually leads to a perfect body. Every time you workout you must challenge yourself to do better than you did the last time.
